SOIL signs option agreements on strategically located land. This gives us control over attractive development projects without tying up unnecessary capital early on.
Our team works on planning, design, analyses and dialogue with municipalities, consultants and other stakeholders to mature the projects.
We work purposefully with local plans, permits and authority approvals. Once the rights are in place, the land's value is significantly increased.
When the project is mature and permits are in place, SOIL buys the land at the agreed option price and prepares the project for construction or partnership.
SOIL today controls 340,000 m² of land through option agreements in Denmark.
